Meet Gurjinder Garcha,
BSc, M.OMSc

Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

About Gurjinder

Gurjinder Garcha is a Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and the founder of OsteoMed. His approach goes beyond symptom relief — he focuses on restoring the body’s natural balance by identifying and correcting the subtle compensation patterns that develop over time.

Each treatment is designed to help patients move freely, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love — whether that’s work, sport, or everyday life.

With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Osteopathic Manual Science (M.OMSc), Gurjinder blends academic precision with a results-driven, patient-focused approach. His sessions combine detailed assessment, gentle hands-on techniques, and movement education to create long-term improvement rather than short-term relief.

Treatment Philosophy

Gurjinder believes every body tells a story. Pain, stiffness, and tension are often the body’s way of signaling deeper imbalances. By restoring proper motion and alignment, he helps the body return to its natural rhythm of healing and self-correction.

“The body never lies. My job is to listen to it, understand it, and help it return to balance.”

Who He Works With

Gurjinder treats patients of all backgrounds, including:

  • Athletes recovering from injury or looking to improve performance

  • Professionals managing posture-related tension and chronic pain

  • Individuals seeking to move better, sleep better, and feel balanced again

Each treatment is customized to your body and your goals.

Beyond the Clinic

Outside of OsteoMed, Gurjinder enjoys playing recreational basketball, soccer, and pickleball. He’s also passionate about travel and is an avid foodie, always exploring new cuisines and local favorites wherever he goes.
