The following policies ensure a smooth experience for both our patients and practitioners.
Appointments & Cancellations
We value your time and ours.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed visits may incur a 50% service fee.
To maintain availability for all patients, repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payments & Direct Billing
For your convenience, we offer direct billing to most insurance providers.
Any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient and is due at the time of your visit.
We accept debit, credit, and e-transfer, with receipts provided following each session.
Arrival & Timing
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in before your session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time while the full appointment fee remains in effect.
Health & Safety
Your well-being is at the core of everything we do.
Our clinic follows rigorous sanitation and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your visit.
Informed Care
Every treatment begins with clarity and understanding.
Your practitioner will walk you through your care plan, including expected outcomes, benefits, and considerations.
You are always encouraged to ask questions and remain fully in control of your care decisions.

Patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
