About Mitalee
Mitalee Dalvi is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience in orthopaedic, spinal, and pelvic health rehabilitation. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and holds both a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Sciences.
Mitalee takes a detailed, patient-centred approach to care. She focuses on understanding the root cause of pain, movement limitations, and dysfunction through a thorough assessment, clear education, and evidence-informed treatment. Her sessions may include hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, movement retraining, postural and mobility work, and strategies to help patients build strength and confidence over time.

Alongside orthopaedic and spine rehabilitation, Mitalee has advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. She supports women and men with concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary leakage, urgency, bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum recovery, core weakness, painful intercourse, and post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation.
Mitalee is also trained in pessary assessment and fitting, offering conservative management options for individuals experiencing prolapse or incontinence. Her pelvic health treatments often include breathing strategies, pressure management, core and pelvic floor coordination, and education that helps patients better understand what is happening in their body.
Her clinical interests include the Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Method, Kaltenborn Manual Therapy, neurodynamic techniques, Kinesio Taping, acupuncture, and pelvic health rehabilitation. She brings these tools together in a thoughtful way, creating treatment plans that are specific to each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and comfort level.
Mitalee’s goal is to help patients feel heard, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
