About Reed
Reed is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in movement, performance, and helping patients feel better in their body. His passion for understanding the human body began through his own experience as an athlete, competing at a high level in hockey and rowing. This background gave him a firsthand appreciation for the physical demands of sport, training, recovery, and injury prevention.
Reed earned his Massage Therapy diploma from Oxford College and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University. His education, combined with his athletic background, allows him to approach care with a strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and how everyday stress or physical strain can affect the body.

Reed has worked with a diverse range of patients, from athletes and active individuals to those managing chronic pain, work-related tension, postural strain, or day-to-day aches and discomfort. He believes massage therapy should be personalized to each patient’s goals, whether they are looking to recover from an injury, improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, manage stress, or simply move with more ease.
His treatments may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, mobility work, stretching, and strengthening strategies when appropriate. Reed focuses on helping release areas of restriction, improve movement quality, and support better posture and body mechanics over time.
Reed understands that stress can show up in the body in many ways, including tightness, discomfort, headaches, restricted movement, and recurring pain. His goal is to create a treatment experience that is both effective and approachable, helping patients feel relief while also giving them practical tools to support their progress outside of the clinic.
Whether working with a high-performance athlete or someone dealing with the physical demands of daily life, Reed’s goal is to help patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
